Job Description

At Bath & Body Works, we are looking for a Store Operations Specialist - Inventory Management to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and is motivated to drive sales and profitability. The ideal candidate should have a strong desire to grow and learn within our dynamic and fast-paced environment.The Store Operations Specialist - Inventory Management will play an integral role in ensuring the store meets and exceeds customer expectations. This individual will be responsible for working with store teams to ensure inventory is properly managed and accurate, as well as working with store leadership to drive sales results.The successful candidate must possess excellent organizational and communication skills, be a creative problem-solver, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the candidate must have strong attention to detail and be able to handle confidential information with discretion. A minimum of two (2) years of retail experience is required.
