Store Manager

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Store Manager for our Bath & Body Works location. Our ideal candidate should be passionate about working with people, have a customer-first mentality, and possess strong leadership skills. The successful Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, managing staff and customer service, and driving sales and profitability.The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a retail store management role. They should be well-versed in store operations, sales management, customer service, and team building. Additionally, they should have a solid understanding of merchandising and the ability to motivate and lead a team.
