- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Ensure all visual content is consistent with brand guidelines and standards.
- Edit, retouch, and enhance visual assets as needed.
- Monitor and track the performance of visual content and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to source and produce visual assets.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of a visual content library.
- Provide creative direction and feedback to other team members as needed.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the Bath & Body Works brand and its target audience.
- Contribute to the overall success of the company by creating visually stunning and impactful content.
Bachelor's Degree In Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Visual Merchandising Or Visual Communications.
Proficiency In Adobe Creative Suite, Specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, And Indesign.
Strong Understanding Of Branding And Visual Storytelling.
Demonstrated Ability To Work Collaboratively And Effectively Communicate Ideas With Cross-Functional Teams.
