- Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure coverage and positive exposure for the brand.
- Create compelling and newsworthy pitches and press releases to generate media interest and coverage.
- Monitor media coverage and provide timely and accurate reporting on the brand's public image.

- Mentor and guide junior members of the media relations team.
- Work closely with the marketing and advertising teams to align media relations efforts with overall brand strategy.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to support media relations initiatives.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of media relations efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
- Uphold and promote the brand's values and mission in all media interactions.
Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Media Relations, Preferably In The Retail Or Beauty Industry
Strong Network Of Media Contacts And Demonstrated Success In Securing Media Coverage
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Craft Press Releases, Pitches, And Other Media Materials
Proven Track Record Of Successful Crisis Management And The Ability To Handle Sensitive And High-Profile Media Inquiries.
