Senior Manager, Compensation

Bath & Body Works is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Manager of Compensation to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leading our completion strategy and operations to ensure an effective, efficient and equitable compensation program that aligns with our company’s goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in the design and administration of compensation programs as well as the ability to provide strategic and operational direction.
