As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in creating a positive and engaging shopping experience for our customers while leading and motivating a team of sales associates.   1. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  2. Create a positive and engaging shopping experience for customers by ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  3. Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques.
  4. Monitor and track sales performance of the store and individual sales associates, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  5. Collaborate with store management to develop and implement sales strategies to drive store success.
  6. Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating excellent customer service and sales skills.
  7. Assist in inventory management and replenishment to ensure product availability for customers.
  8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  9. Stay up to date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities to provide recommendations for improvement.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and visual merchandising standards.
  11. Maintain a safe and clean working environment for both customers and employees.
  12. Participate in store meetings and trainings to stay informed on company updates and goals.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing and merchandising to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  14. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Retail Sales: A Sales Supervisor At Bath & Body Works Should Have A Strong Background In Retail Sales, Preferably With Previous Experience In A Supervisory Role. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of Customer Service, Product Knowledge, And Sales Techniques.

  • Leadership Skills: As A Sales Supervisor, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Motivate And Manage A Team. This Includes The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Feedback, And Handle Conflicts Effectively.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: In Order To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team, A Sales Supervisor Must Have Excellent Communication Skills. This Includes Being Able To Clearly Articulate Expectations, Provide Feedback, And Communicate With Both Customers And Employees.

  • Knowledge Of Bath & Body Works Products: It Is Essential For A Sales Supervisor To Have A Strong Knowledge Of Bath & Body Works Products, Including Ingredients, Scents, And Benefits. This Will Allow Them To Train And Educate Their Team, As Well As Make Informed Recommendations To Customers.

  • Strong Sales And Customer Service Track Record: The Ideal Candidate For A Sales Supervisor Position At Bath & Body Works Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, As Well As Providing Exceptional Customer Service. This Demonstrates Their Ability To Drive Sales And Create A Positive Shopping Experience For Customers.
