1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store with a positive and friendly attitude.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and anticipating their needs, and offering personalized recommendations.
3. Educate customers on the benefits and features of our products, and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.
4. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking and organizing products, and ensuring visual merchandising standards are met.
5. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system, and handle cash and credit card payments.
6. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and upselling products, and participating in store events and promotions.
7. Stay updated on product knowledge, trends, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers and provide product recommendations.
8. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
9. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and effective manner.
10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and inventory management.
11. Continuously strive to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction by seeking feedback and participating in training and development opportunities.
12. Maintain a high level of personal grooming and hygiene to represent the brand and create a positive shopping experience for customers.
13. Work with a sense of urgency and efficiency to ensure excellent service and a seamless shopping experience for customers.
