1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their needs.
2. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all Bath & Body Works products and promotions to effectively answer customer questions and make product recommendations.
3. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the company's point-of-sale system.
4. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and replenishing product displays.
5. Assist in the execution of promotional events and sales initiatives.
6. Proactively upsell and cross-sell products to meet or exceed sales goals.
7. Continuously strive to improve knowledge of products, industry trends, and customer preferences.
8. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed store sales targets and goals.
9. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
10. Comply with company policies and procedures, including but not limited to cash handling and loss prevention.
11. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, creating a welcoming and friendly environment for customers and team members.
12. Take initiative to complete tasks and assist with any additional duties as assigned by the store manager.
13. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure the safety of customers and team members.
14. Maintain a strong work ethic and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
15. Continuously strive to improve personal performance and contribute to the overall success of the store.
