1. Greet and welcome customers with a positive and friendly attitude.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection and answering any questions they may have.
3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all Bath & Body Works products, including features, benefits, and promotions.
4. Assist in maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store, including restocking shelves and organizing products.
5. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
6. Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns or complaints in a timely manner.
7. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
8. Stay up-to-date on new and seasonal products, as well as any special promotions or events.
9. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and restocking products as needed.
10. Follow all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and safety guidelines.
11. Continuously seek to improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and development opportunities.
12. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, representing the Bath & Body Works brand.
13. Support and assist in other areas of the store as needed, such as visual merchandising and gift wrapping.
14. Uphold the company's values and standards of excellence in all interactions with customers and team members.
