- Greet and welcome customers with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection and answering any questions they may have.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all Bath & Body Works products, including features, benefits, and promotions.
- Assist in maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store, including restocking shelves and organizing products.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns or complaints in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Stay up-to-date on new and seasonal products, as well as any special promotions or events.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and restocking products as needed.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and safety guidelines.
- Continuously seek to improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and development opportunities.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, representing the Bath & Body Works brand.
- Support and assist in other areas of the store as needed, such as visual merchandising and gift wrapping.
- Uphold the company's values and standards of excellence in all interactions with customers and team members.
Excellent Customer Service Skills: A Successful Retail Sales Support Should Have Strong Interpersonal Skills And Be Able To Provide Exceptional Customer Service To Ensure Customer Satisfaction And Drive Sales.
Knowledge Of Product And Brand: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Bath & Body Works' Products, Brand, And Mission To Effectively Assist Customers And Promote The Brand's Image.
Sales Experience: Previous Experience In A Retail Sales Role Is Important For A Retail Sales Support Job At Bath & Body Works. This Includes Knowledge Of Sales Techniques, Cross-Selling, And Upselling To Increase Revenue.
