- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Promote and sell Bath & Body Works products to customers, including fragrances, body care, and home products.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and ensure products are properly stocked and displayed.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
- Assist in replenishing and organizing inventory in the stockroom.
- Answer customer questions and provide product recommendations based on their individual needs and preferences.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and participate in store events and promotions.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and new releases to effectively educate and inform customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Handle customer complaints and returns in a professional and timely manner.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and loss prevention.
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Take initiative to learn and improve sales skills and contribute innovative ideas to drive sales.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager.
