In this role, you will have the opportunity to support our sales team in providing exceptional customer service and promote our wide range of products.   1. Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Promote and sell Bath & Body Works products to customers, including fragrances, body care, and home products.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and ensure products are properly stocked and displayed.
  4. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
  5. Assist in replenishing and organizing inventory in the stockroom.
  6. Answer customer questions and provide product recommendations based on their individual needs and preferences.
  7. Assist in setting up promotional displays and participate in store events and promotions.
  8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and new releases to effectively educate and inform customers.
  9. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  10. Handle customer complaints and returns in a professional and timely manner.
  11. Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and loss prevention.
  12. Attend training sessions and meetings as required to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  13. Take initiative to learn and improve sales skills and contribute innovative ideas to drive sales.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager.
