- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the store, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their shopping needs and inquiries.
- Serve as a role model for the team by maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Train and coach team members to uphold company standards and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing and merchandise is displayed according to company guidelines.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure products are readily available for customers.
- Open and close the store, including handling cash and credit transactions, and balancing the register.
- Act as a point of contact for any customer or employee concerns, and escalate issues as needed.
- Handle scheduling and time-off requests for team members, while maintaining proper staffing levels.
- Assist with product replenishment and receiving shipments, accurately completing necessary paperwork.
- Collaborate with management to set and achieve sales goals and targets.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including safety and security measures, to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping environment for customers and employees.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company promotions to effectively promote and sell products.
- Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the Bath & Body Works values and promoting the company culture.
Previous Retail Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate For A Retail Key Holder Position At Bath & Body Works Should Have Previous Experience In A Retail Management Role. This Includes Managing A Team, Handling Cash And Inventory, And Overseeing The Daily Operations Of A Store.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Key Holder, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Opening And Closing The Store, As Well As Supervising And Directing The Team During Shifts. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Delegate Tasks And Provide Guidance, Are Essential For Success In This Role.

Flexibility And Availability: Retail Key Holders At Bath & Body Works Should Be Able To Work Flexible Schedules, Including Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays. They Should Also Be Available To Cover Shifts At Short Notice And Be Willing To Take On Additional Responsibilities As Needed.
