  1. Oversee daily operations of the store and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  2. Train and manage a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.
  3. Ensure store is clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing at all times.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales.
  5. Assist in creating and executing sales promotions and events to drive customer traffic and increase sales.
  6. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  7. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, promotions, and policies to effectively assist customers and team members.
  8. Collaborate with Store Manager to develop and implement store strategies and goals.
  9. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  10. Monitor inventory levels and communicate with headquarters to ensure timely restocking of products.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  12. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting teamwork and open communication.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve store operations and provide suggestions for process enhancements.
  14. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
  15. Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold the brand image at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Experience: A Qualified Candidate For An Assistant Store Manager Position At Bath & Body Works Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Leadership Or Management Role. This Experience Will Demonstrate Their Understanding Of Customer Service, Sales Techniques, And Store Operations.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As An Assistant Store Manager, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Sales Associates And Leading Them To Achieve Sales Goals And Provide Exceptional Customer Service. Therefore, They Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Coach Team Members, Delegate Tasks, And Resolve Conflicts.

  • Product Knowledge: A Successful Assistant Store Manager Should Have A Strong Knowledge Of The Products Sold At Bath & Body Works. This Includes Being Familiar With The Scents, Ingredients, And Features Of The Products, As Well As Any Current Or Upcoming Promotions. This Knowledge Will Enable Them To Effectively Train And Educate Their Team Members And Assist Customers With Their Purchases.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Essential For An Assistant Store Manager, As They Will Need To Communicate With Their Team, Customers, And Upper Management. They Should Be Able To Clearly Convey Information, Provide Feedback, And Handle Any Issues Or Concerns That May Arise.

  • Sales And Customer Service Oriented: Bath & Body Works Is A Retail Store That Values Sales And Exceptional Customer Service. As Such, A Qualified Candidate For An Assistant Store Manager Position Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales And Providing Excellent Customer Service.
