Previous Retail Experience: A Qualified Candidate For An Assistant Store Manager Position At Bath & Body Works Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Leadership Or Management Role. This Experience Will Demonstrate Their Understanding Of Customer Service, Sales Techniques, And Store Operations.
