1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a warm and welcoming environment for customers.
2. Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
3. Train and develop team members on product knowledge, customer service skills, and company policies and procedures.
4. Ensure the store is properly stocked and merchandised according to company standards.
5. Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to make recommendations for improvement.
6. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
7. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting teamwork and collaboration among team members.
8. Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new team members.
9. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure their success.
10. Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
11. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
12. Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
13. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
14. Motivate and inspire team members to achieve individual and store goals.
15. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to effectively communicate product information to customers.
16. Any other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
