- Assist the Store Manager in driving sales by setting and achieving sales goals, monitoring and analyzing sales data, and implementing effective strategies to increase revenue.
- Manage daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, resolving any issues or concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies and procedures.
- Lead by example and motivate team members to achieve individual and store goals.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, team members, and other departments within the company.
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new team members.
- Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards.
- Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new product launches, and company initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement promotional events and marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase sales.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and processing shipments, conducting inventory counts, and ensuring accurate stock levels.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Store Manager to support the overall success of the store.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Retail Management Or Supervisory Role.
Excellent Customer Service Skills And Ability To Create A Positive Shopping Experience For Customers.
Knowledge Of Sales Strategies And Ability To Meet Sales Targets.
