1. Assist the Store Manager in driving sales by setting and achieving sales goals, monitoring and analyzing sales data, and implementing effective strategies to increase revenue.
2. Manage daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
3. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, resolving any issues or concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
4. Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies and procedures.
5. Lead by example and motivate team members to achieve individual and store goals.
6. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, team members, and other departments within the company.
7. Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new team members.
8. Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards.
9. Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
10. Stay informed about industry trends, new product launches, and company initiatives.
11. Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement promotional events and marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase sales.
12. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
13. Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner.
14. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and processing shipments, conducting inventory counts, and ensuring accurate stock levels.
15. Perform any other duties assigned by the Store Manager to support the overall success of the store.
