  1. Manage and lead a team of retail associates, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  2. Drive sales and meet sales targets through effective merchandising, product knowledge, and customer service.
  3. Maintain a strong understanding of the Bath & Body Works brand, products, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
  4. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any customer concerns or issues.
  5. Create and maintain a visually appealing and well-stocked store environment by implementing and enforcing visual merchandising standards.
  6. Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing stock levels to meet customer demands.
  7. Collaborate with upper-level management to implement and execute store strategies and initiatives.
  8. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, following company policies and procedures.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding store operations, employee conduct, and safety regulations.
  12. Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of new team members to ensure a knowledgeable and capable sales team.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned by upper-level management.
