  1. Lead and manage a team of retail associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  2. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, promotions, and policies to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
  3. Monitor and analyze store sales and inventory data to make informed decisions and implement strategies for increasing sales and managing inventory levels.
  4. Train and coach team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
  5. Create a positive and welcoming shopping environment for customers by ensuring the store is clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
  6. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
  7. Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new team members.
  8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  9. Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement operational procedures that improve efficiency and maximize profitability.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, safety, security, and cash handling.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, serving as a role model for the team.
  13. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Job Qualifications
  • Supervisory Experience: A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role, Preferably In A Retail Environment, Is Required For This Position. This Includes Managing And Training A Team, Setting And Achieving Sales Targets, And Ensuring Excellent Customer Service.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As A Retail Assistant Manager, You Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Both Customers And Employees. This Requires Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Effectively Resolve Conflicts And Provide Feedback.

  • Sales And Customer Service Expertise: Bath & Body Works Places A Strong Emphasis On Customer Service And Sales. Candidates For This Role Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Goals, As Well As Providing Exceptional Customer Service.

  • Product Knowledge: A Thorough Understanding Of Bath & Body Works Products Is Essential For This Role. This Includes Knowledge Of Ingredients, Benefits, And Usage Instructions For Various Product Lines. Previous Experience In The Beauty Or Skincare Industry Is A Plus.

  • Flexibility And Adaptability: Working In A Retail Environment Often Requires Flexibility And The Ability To Adapt To Changing Situations. Candidates Should Be Able To Handle A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Work Environment And Be Willing To Work A Variety Of Shifts, Including Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays.
