QA Lab Specialist

1. Conduct various lab tests on Bath & Body Works products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
2. Analyze data and provide recommendations for improvement to enhance product quality.

9. Train and mentor new lab technicians on lab testing procedures and quality assurance standards.
10. Continuously strive for improvement and innovation in lab testing processes to ensure the highest level of product quality.
11. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the Bath & Body Works brand.
12. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while working in the lab.
13. Take responsibility for the accuracy and timeliness of all lab testing and data analysis.
14. Assist with any other tasks or projects related to quality assurance and product development as needed.
