A Bachelor's Degree In Product Development, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
2-3 Years Of Experience In Product Development Within The Beauty Or Retail Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Market Trends, Consumer Preferences, And Competitive Landscape.
Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams Including Marketing, Design, And Supply Chain.
Excellent Project Management Skills, With A Track Record Of Successfully Launching New Products On Time And Within Budget.
