As the Lead UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the digital face of our brand and elevating our online shopping experience.   1. Develop and execute the overall UX strategy for Bath & Body Works' digital platforms, including the website and mobile app.
  2. Lead a team of UX designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-centric solutions that align with the brand's values and goals.
  3. Conduct user research and analyze data to gain insights into user behavior and preferences, and use these insights to inform design decisions.
  4. Create wireframes, prototypes, and other design deliverables to effectively communicate design concepts and facilitate feedback from stakeholders.
  5. Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency and cohesiveness across all digital touchpoints.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  7. Work closely with the development team to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and meet the desired user experience.
  8. Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate brand messaging and promotions into the digital user experience.
  9. Advocate for the user by continuously seeking feedback and conducting usability testing to improve the overall user experience.
  10. Mentor and coach junior designers to foster their growth and development within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In User Experience Design: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In User Experience (Ux) Design, With A Strong Portfolio Showcasing Their Expertise In Creating Intuitive And Engaging User Interfaces.

  • Expertise In User Research And Testing: The Lead Ux Designer Should Have A Deep Understanding Of User Research Methodologies And Be Able To Conduct User Testing To Gather Insights And Make Data-Driven Design Decisions.

  • Proficiency In Design Tools And Software: A Strong Command Over Design Tools Such As Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, And Prototyping Tools Is Essential For Creating High-Fidelity Mockups And Prototypes.

  • Leadership And Project Management Skills: As A Lead Designer, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Leadership And Project Management Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of Designers And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Deliver Projects On Time.

  • Knowledge Of Best Practices And Industry Trends: The Candidate Should Stay Updated With The Latest Design Trends, Techniques, And Best Practices In The Industry And Be Able To Apply Them To Create Innovative And User-Centric Designs For Bath & Body Works.
