This individual should be creative and able to think outside the box when it comes to designing and constructing new stores. Additionally, they should be comfortable working independently and collaborating with other departments to ensure the successful completion of projects.The successful candidate will have a degree in architecture, construction management, retail design and construction, or a related field. They should also have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work in a team environment.
