In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to our store operations team, ensuring consistency and excellence across all of our retail locations. We are looking for someone who is innovative, results-driven, and customer-focused with a strong background in retail operations.   1. Develop and implement strategic plans for store operations that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and oversee a team of store operations managers, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure consistency and excellence across all retail locations.
  3. Create and maintain standard operating procedures for all store operations processes, including inventory management, staffing, and customer service.
  4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to drive sales and profitability.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment and effective execution of company initiatives.
  6. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement in store operations.
  7. Develop and implement training programs for store operations team members to ensure a high level of customer service and operational excellence.
  8. Oversee budget planning and management for store operations, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high standards of quality.
  9. Foster a positive and collaborative working environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among store operations team members.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company's values and vision to both internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Retail Experience: A Successful Director Of Store Operations - Field Enablement At Bath & Body Works Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In The Retail Industry, With A Strong Background In Store Operations.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Director, This Role Requires The Ability To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team Of Field Trainers, District Managers, And Other Field Enablement Staff, While Also Collaborating With Other Departments And Senior Leadership.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Bath & Body Works Brand: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Bath & Body Works Brand, Including Its Products, Services, And Customer Base. They Should Also Be Able To Effectively Communicate This Knowledge To The Field Team.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Results: The Director Of Store Operations - Field Enablement Is Responsible For Developing And Implementing Training Programs That Drive Sales, Improve Operational Efficiency, And Enhance The Overall Customer Experience. The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Delivering Results In These Areas.

  • Strong Communication And Presentation Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Various Stakeholders, Including Senior Leadership, Field Teams, And Store Associates. The Candidate Should Be Able To Deliver Engaging And Informative Presentations To Large Groups.
