- Drive the continuous improvement of HR processes through the effective use of technology.
- Research and evaluate new HR technology solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of HR technology initiatives.
- Lead and manage a team of HR technology professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain data accuracy and integrity within HR systems.
- Monitor and analyze HR technology trends, making recommendations for improvements and enhancements as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors to ensure the company is utilizing the most up-to-date and innovative HR technology solutions.
- Prepare and present reports on HR technology initiatives, including project status and ROI analysis, to senior management.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide training and support to HR team members and other employees on HR technology systems and processes.
Extensive Experience In Hr Technology Implementation And Management, Preferably In A Retail Or Consumer Goods Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Systems, Including Hris, Payroll, Talent Management, And Reporting.
Proven Track Record Of Leading Successful Hr Technology Projects, From Strategy Development To Implementation And Ongoing Support.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Present Complex Information To Stakeholders.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Emerging Hr Technologies And Trends, And The Ability To Identify And Implement Innovative Solutions To Drive Efficiency And Improve The Employee Experience.
