  1. Lead and support a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.
  2. Create and maintain a positive and motivating work environment for employees.
  3. Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales performance, taking proactive steps to drive sales and meet targets.
  5. Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and products.
  6. Ensure compliance with company standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and organization.
  7. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
  8. Assist in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining proper levels of product.
  9. Collaborate with upper management to develop and implement strategies for increasing sales and improving customer experience.
  10. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  11. Ensure adherence to all safety and security protocols.
  12. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
  13. Work closely with Store Manager to achieve store goals and objectives.
  14. Maintain a high level of personal product knowledge and act as a brand ambassador for Bath & Body Works.
  15. Uphold and enforce company policies and procedures, promoting a culture of integrity and accountability.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Management Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Management Role, Preferably In A Retail Environment.

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills: As An Assistant Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading And Motivating A Team, As Well As Communicating Effectively With Upper Management.
