
Assistant Manager

- Oversee and manage daily operations of the store, including sales, inventory, and customer service.

- Ensure the store is visually appealing and properly stocked at all times.

- Uphold company standards and policies, including but not limited to dress code, customer service, and loss prevention.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Continuously train and develop team members to ensure product knowledge and excellent customer service.
Previous Experience In Retail Management: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In The Beauty Or Fashion Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills: Able To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Employees, Delegate Tasks, And Handle Conflicts Or Challenges That May Arise.
Customer Service Experience: A Proven Track Record Of Providing Excellent Customer Service, As Well As The Ability To Train And Coach Others In Customer Service Techniques.
Knowledge Of Bath & Body Works Products: Familiarity With The Brand's Products, As Well As A Passion For Beauty And Skincare, Is Essential In Order To Effectively Sell And Promote Products To Customers.
Organizational And Time Management Skills: Able To Multitask, Prioritize Tasks, And Meet Deadlines In A Fast-Paced Retail Environment. Experience With Inventory Management And Visual Merchandising Is Also A Plus.
