Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience at Baskin-Robbins.
Prepare and serve ice cream and other treats according to company standards and recipes.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Understand and promote current promotions, new products, and special offers to guests.
Uphold company policies and procedures, including dress code, attendance, and punctuality.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Contribute to a positive and fun work environment by demonstrating a positive attitude and team spirit.
Continuously strive to improve knowledge of products, processes, and procedures to better serve guests.
Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
Adhere to all food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of guests and team members.
Take initiative to complete tasks and responsibilities assigned by management.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to make recommendations to guests.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
