Shift Leader

As a Shift Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have a delightful experience at our store. 1. Oversee daily operations: The Shift Leader will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring that all equipment and supplies are properly maintained.
2. Train and supervise staff: The Shift Leader will be responsible for training new employees and ensuring that all staff members are knowledgeable about product offerings, customer service protocols, and store policies.
