Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Create and serve delicious ice cream treats according to company standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately.
Uphold excellent customer service skills and resolve any customer complaints or issues.
Communicate effectively with team members and managers.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
Learn and follow food safety regulations and guidelines.
Continuously learn and stay updated on new products and promotions.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the store.
Take initiative to complete tasks and assist team members when needed.
