We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Restaurant Team Members. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to serve up our famous ice cream and frozen treats with a smile, while creating a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for our guests. If you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a love for all things sweet, then we want you on our team!

Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
Prepare and serve ice cream and frozen treats in accordance with company standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including restocking and cleaning duties.
Create a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for customers by maintaining a positive attitude and demeanor.
Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
Continuously learn and stay updated on company products and promotions.
Uphold company values and standards, including providing a delicious and memorable experience for every customer.
