As a member of our team, you will be responsible for creating delicious treats, serving customers with a smile, and ensuring a clean and welcoming dining experience. Creating and serving high-quality and delicious ice cream treats to customers.
Providing exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment by regularly cleaning and restocking supplies.
Operating cash registers and accurately processing transactions.
Following all food safety and health regulations.
Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient operation and customer satisfaction.
Communicating effectively with customers and team members to answer questions, address concerns, and resolve any issues.
Demonstrating a strong knowledge of the menu items and being able to make recommendations to customers.
Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.
Maintaining a positive attitude and a friendly demeanor towards customers and team members.
Participating in training and development programs to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Keeping up-to-date with new products, promotions, and company policies.
Being punctual, reliable, and responsible in fulfilling scheduled shifts.
Maintaining a clean and organized work station.
Upholding the company's standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
Proactively seeking opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies when needed.
Following all safety procedures and reporting any potential hazards or incidents to management.
