Are you a natural leader with a passion for ice cream? Baskin-Robbins is seeking a Regional Supervisor to join our team and oversee multiple stores in the (insert region) area. As a Regional Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success and growth of our stores by providing guidance, support, and leadership to our store managers. Oversee multiple Baskin-Robbins stores in the (insert region) area and ensure their success and growth.
Provide guidance, support, and leadership to store managers to ensure they are equipped to effectively manage their stores.
Monitor and analyze store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers to foster a positive and cohesive team dynamic.
Train and mentor store managers on company policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency across all stores.
Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with brand standards, cleanliness, and customer service excellence.
Collaborate with other regional supervisors and the corporate team to share best practices and implement company initiatives.
Monitor inventory levels and work with store managers to ensure accurate and timely ordering of products.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to store managers.
Stay updated on industry trends and competition in the region to inform strategic decisions and stay ahead of the market.
Represent the company at regional events and engage with the local community to promote the brand and drive business.
Ensure all stores are in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues that may arise.
Manage regional budgets and expenses, staying within allocated budget limits.
Continuously seek out opportunities for growth and improvement within the region.

Job Qualifications

Previous Experience In A Supervisory Role: A Regional Supervisor At Baskin-Robbins Should Have Prior Experience In A Supervisory Or Managerial Role, Preferably Within The Food Or Retail Industry. This Ensures That The Individual Has The Necessary Skills And Knowledge To Effectively Lead A Team And Manage Multiple Locations.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Regional Supervisor, One Will Be Responsible For Overseeing Multiple Locations And Communicating With Various Levels Of Employees. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential To Effectively Delegate Tasks, Provide Feedback, And Maintain Positive Relationships With Team Members.
Thorough Understanding Of Baskin-Robbins Operations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Baskin-Robbins' Business Operations, Including Knowledge Of The Brand, Products, And Services. This Will Enable Them To Provide Guidance And Support To Store Managers And Ensure That All Locations Are Operating In Accordance With Company Standards.
Familiarity With Financial Management: A Regional Supervisor Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Financial Management, Including Budgeting And Cost Control. This Will Allow Them To Analyze Financial Reports And Make Informed Decisions Regarding Profitability And Productivity At Each Location.
Leadership And Problem-Solving Skills: The Ability To Lead And Problem-Solve Is Crucial For A Regional Supervisor. They Should Be Able To Handle Conflicts, Make Difficult Decisions, And Find Solutions To Operational Challenges. This Requires A Strong Sense Of Leadership, Critical Thinking, And Adaptability In A Fast-Paced Environment.
