- Oversee and manage multiple Baskin-Robbins locations within a designated region.
- Ensure that all stores uphold the high standards of quality and customer service set by the company.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
- Train and mentor store managers on company policies, procedures, and standards.

Previous Management Experience: A Regional Supervisor At Baskin-Robbins Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Team And Overseeing Multiple Locations. This Experience Can Come From Working In A Similar Role At Another Company Or From A Strong History Of Leadership Within The Baskin-Robbins Organization.
