Regional Supervisor

The ideal candidate for this position is a strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills, outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.To be successful in this role, candidates must have a minimum of three years of experience in a retail store management role. Additionally, candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. The Regional Supervisor must be able to work independently and have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Responsibilities for the Regional Supervisor role:

1. Lead and manage a team of retail store staff in a designated region.

4. Monitor and enforce food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
5. Implement inventory management and cost control initiatives.
6. Monitor store performance and develop strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
7. Handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts.
8. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors.
9. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and budgeting.
10. Develop and implement promotional activities to increase store traffic and sales.
