- Manage and oversee multiple Baskin-Robbins locations to ensure consistent operations and high-quality customer service.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Supervise and provide guidance to store managers and staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain inventory levels and control costs to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards for cleanliness, food safety, and customer service.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among store teams.
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure brand standards are being met.
- Communicate effectively with upper management, providing regular updates on store performance and any issues that may arise.
- Stay current on industry trends and competition, making recommendations for new products or processes to stay competitive.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage budgets and financial reports, providing analysis and insights to drive decision-making.
- Ensure all stores are compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing and advertising departments to develop and implement promotional campaigns and initiatives.
- Travel to various locations as needed to provide support and training to store teams.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Multi-Unit Management Role In The Food Or Retail Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Store Managers And Staff.
Extensive Knowledge Of Financial Management, Including Budgeting, Forecasting, And Profit And Loss Analysis.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Both Employees And Customers.
Knowledge Of The Baskin-Robbins Brand And Products, As Well As A Passion For The Food And Hospitality Industry.
