District Manager

In this role, you will be primarily responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales, as well as developing and mentoring store managers and other team members to ensure operational excellence. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction in Baskin-Robbins stores.
2. Develop and mentor store managers and other team members to ensure operational excellence.
3. Monitor and analyze sales and operational data to identify areas for improvement.
4. Develop and implement training programs for store managers and team members.
5. Manage and resolve customer complaints and inquiries.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including franchisees, vendors, and other partners.
7. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
8. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to upper management.
9. Monitor store performance and implement corrective action when needed.
