The successful candidate will have a passion for retail and a proven ability to inspire and motivate a team to success.In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple stores within the district and ensuring they are operating in compliance with all company policy, procedures and standards. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of multi-site retail management experience, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a track record of success in creating positive results.
