Welcome to the Baskin-Robbins family! We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-oriented Crew Member to join our team. As a Crew Member, you’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing ice cream treats, and ensuring the shop is kept clean and organized. Beyond being a friendly face for our customers, you’ll also assist with inventory management and cash handling.To be successful in this role, you must have great interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to providing the highest level of customer service. You must also be able to work both independently and in a team setting, as well as maintain a positive attitude throughout your shifts.
