Are you an enthusiastic and hardworking individual looking for an opportunity to join Baskin-Robbins as a Crew Member? We’re the world’s leading chain of ice cream specialty shops and we’re looking for a friendly and energetic person to help us provide our customers with the best ice cream experience around. As a Crew Member, you’ll be an integral part of the team, helping to create smiles and make sure our customers enjoy their time with us.We’re looking for a Crew Member who has a passion for customer service, a positive attitude and a desire to learn more about the ice cream industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have a friendly and outgoing personality. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is also a must. Previous experience in a customer service role is beneficial but not required.
