Crew Member

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Crew Member to join the team at our Baskin-Robbins store. As a Crew Member, you’ll play an important role in providing a positive customer experience to all of our guests. This position requires you to be very reliable, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure our customers have an enjoyable visit. We want someone who loves ice cream and is passionate about giving customers the best experience possible.The ideal candidate will be a team player who is passionate about customer service, has an understanding of the Baskin-Robbins brand, and is able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills, is able to multitask, and has a positive attitude. We expect the successful candidate to have a reliable form of transportation and the ability to work flexible hours. Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.
