Design and decorate cakes according to customer requests and Baskin-Robbins standards.
Ensure all cakes are visually appealing and meet quality standards.
Utilize artistic skills to create unique and creative cake designs.
Assist customers in selecting and customizing cakes for their special occasions.
Maintain a clean and organized cake decorating area.
Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate cake orders.
Keep up-to-date with current cake decorating trends and techniques.
Ensure all ingredients and supplies are properly stocked and stored.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Prioritize and manage multiple cake orders to meet deadlines.
Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Train and mentor new cake decorating team members.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of cake orders and inventory.
Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both customers and team members.
