Design and create visually appealing and delicious custom cakes for customers' special occasions.
Use artistic skills and creativity to bring customers' dessert dreams to life.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of cake orders.
Maintain a high level of quality and consistency in all cake designs.
Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer requests and concerns.
Keep up-to-date with current cake decorating trends and techniques.
Ensure all health and safety guidelines are followed in the preparation and handling of cakes.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including all decorating tools and supplies.
Assist with inventory management and ordering of cake decorating supplies.
Train and mentor new team members in cake decorating techniques and company standards.
Collaborate with management to develop new cake designs and offerings to attract and retain customers.
Communicate with customers to gather all necessary information for custom cake orders.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
Uphold company values and standards at all times.

Job Qualifications

Experience In Cake Decorating: A Qualified Candidate For The Cake Decorator Position At Baskin-Robbins Should Have Previous Experience In Cake Decorating, Preferably In A Commercial Or Retail Setting.
