Overseeing daily operations of the store and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Managing a team of employees, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Assisting in inventory management, including ordering and tracking of products.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Maintaining a clean and organized store environment at all times.
Monitoring sales and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
Collaborating with the Store Manager to create and execute marketing and promotional plans.
Assisting in the hiring process and onboarding of new employees.
Providing excellent customer service and serving as a role model for the team.
Keeping track of expenses and maintaining budgetary goals.
Participating in store meetings and providing input on ways to improve operations.
Ensuring all employees adhere to company standards and policies.
Handling administrative tasks, such as payroll and scheduling software.
Continuously evaluating store procedures and making recommendations for improvement.

Job Qualifications

Previous Managerial Experience: A Successful Assistant Store Manager At Baskin-Robbins Should Have Previous Experience In A Management Role, Preferably In The Food Service Industry. This Experience Demonstrates The Ability To Lead A Team And Handle Day-To-Day Operations Effectively.
Strong Communication Skills: As An Assistant Store Manager, Effective Communication Is Crucial For Ensuring Smooth Operations And Maintaining A Positive Work Environment. This Includes Communicating With Team Members, Customers, And Upper Management.
Knowledge Of Inventory Management: Baskin-Robbins Is A Retail Business, And An Assistant Store Manager Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Inventory Management. This Includes Monitoring Stock Levels, Ordering Supplies, And Ensuring Accurate Record-Keeping.
