- Assisting the store manager in day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the store.
- Managing and supervising a team of employees, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

- Maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed to ensure product availability.

- Maintaining strong knowledge of Baskin-Robbins products, flavors, and promotions.
- Collaborating with the store manager to set and achieve sales goals and targets.

- Taking on additional responsibilities and tasks as needed to support the success of the store.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Motivate And Manage A Team Of Employees.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Retail Or Food Service Industry, With At Least 1 Year In A Supervisory Or Management Role.
Excellent Customer Service Skills And The Ability To Handle Customer Complaints And Resolve Issues Effectively.
Knowledge Of Inventory Management, Cash Handling, And Basic Financial Reporting.
Availability To Work Flexible Hours, Including Weekends And Holidays, And The Ability To Perform In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.
