
Assistant Store Manager

- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all daily operations of the Baskin-Robbins store.

- Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to increase store revenue.
- Ensure inventory levels are maintained and accurately recorded.

- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement marketing and promotional initiatives.

- Act as the Store Manager in their absence and make decisions in their best interest.
Previous Management Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Role, Preferably In A Retail Or Food Service Setting.
Strong Leadership Skills: The Assistant Store Manager Will Be Responsible For Leading And Supervising A Team Of Employees, So Strong Leadership Skills Are Crucial For Success In This Role.
