  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for BASF's UK operations.
  2. Conduct thorough and efficient candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing processes to identify the best candidates for various roles within the organization.
  3. Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to reach a diverse pool of candidates and ensure a strong pipeline of potential hires.
  4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
  5. Manage job postings and advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms to increase visibility and attract a larger pool of qualified candidates.
  6. Coordinate and facilitate recruitment events, such as job fairs and career fairs, to promote BASF as an employer of choice.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Ensure compliance with all recruitment laws and regulations.
  9. Provide support and guidance to hiring managers on HR policies and procedures, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
  10. Manage and maintain employee records and data, including personnel files and HRIS system.
  11. Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  12. Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR administration to continuously improve and enhance processes and strategies.
  14. Represent BASF in a professional and positive manner at all times, promoting a strong employer brand and culture.
  15. Contribute to the overall success and growth of the company by supporting business objectives through effective recruitment and HR administration.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition And Hr Administration, Preferably Within The Uk Region.

  • Strong Understanding Of Uk Employment Laws And Regulations.

  • Experience With Full-Cycle Recruitment, Including Sourcing, Interviewing, And Onboarding.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Candidates, Hiring Managers, And Hr Colleagues.
