  10. Foster relationships and partnerships with external organizations and experts in the field of ecotrophology.
  11. Train and mentor junior team members on ecotrophology practices and principles.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Ecotrophology Or Related Field: The Ideal Candidate For This Specialist Ecotrophology Position At Basf Should Possess A Master's Or Phd Degree In Ecotrophology, Environmental Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Ecological Systems: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Ecological Principles And Systems, Including Biodiversity, Nutrient Cycling, And Soil Health. This Knowledge Will Be Crucial In Developing Sustainable Solutions For Basf's Products And Operations.

  • Experience In Sustainable Agriculture: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Sustainable Agriculture Practices, Including Organic Farming, Regenerative Agriculture, Or Agroforestry. This Experience Will Be Valuable In Developing And Implementing Sustainable Solutions For Basf's Agricultural Products.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Specialist Ecotrophology Will Be Responsible For Analyzing Complex Ecological Data And Developing Innovative Solutions.
