  1. Develop and implement innovative EHS programs and initiatives to ensure the safety and well-being of employees and the environment.
  2. Utilize extensive knowledge and experience in EHS to identify potential hazards, assess risks, and implement proactive measures to prevent incidents.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain a comprehensive EHS management system.
  4. Monitor and analyze EHS data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address them.
  5. Review and update EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  6. Conduct regular EHS audits and inspections, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
  7. Train and educate employees on EHS policies, procedures, and best practices to promote a culture of safety.
  8. Serve as a subject matter expert for EHS-related inquiries and provide guidance and support to all levels of the organization.
  9. Stay current on industry developments, trends, and regulations related to EHS, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  10. Foster a positive and proactive EHS culture by promoting open communication, collaboration, and accountability.
  11. Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies and represent the company in EHS-related matters.
  12. Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and develop corrective and preventive actions.
  13. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive EHS performance and compliance.
  14. Prepare and present EHS reports and data to senior management and other key stakeholders.
  15. Mentor and coach junior EHS team members to develop their skills and capabilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Health And Safety Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Ehs Roles, With At Least 3 Years In A Senior Or Leadership Position

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Ehs Regulations And Standards

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Ehs Programs And Policies

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Train And Mentor Junior Ehs Team Members.
