  1. Develop and implement reliability strategies to improve equipment and process performance.
  2. Conduct regular reliability assessments and analyses to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for equipment and process failures.
  4. Monitor and track equipment performance and reliability metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  5. Develop and maintain maintenance and inspection procedures to ensure equipment reliability and compliance with safety regulations.
  6. Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and develop and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  7. Review and analyze equipment data and maintenance records to identify opportunities for optimizing performance and reducing downtime.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with equipment suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs.
  9. Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and new technologies to continuously improve reliability and efficiency.
  10. Train and mentor team members on reliability principles and practices.
  11. Participate in safety initiatives and promote a culture of safety and quality within the organization.
  12. Communicate and report on reliability performance and improvement initiatives to management and stakeholders.
  13. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks to meet deadlines and achieve reliability goals.
  14. Contribute to the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives and goals.
  15. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records related to reliability activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, With A Focus On Reliability Or Maintenance.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Reliability Engineering Role, Preferably In A Large Industrial Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Reliability Principles And Methodologies, Such As Rcfa, Fmea, And Tpm.

  • Knowledge Of Relevant Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Iso 55001 And Osha Requirements.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Effective Solutions To Improve Equipment Reliability And Reduce Downtime.
