- Conduct thorough analyses and investigations to identify potential reliability issues and provide timely and effective solutions.

- Continuously strive for process improvement and efficiency to increase product reliability and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with suppliers to improve the reliability of components and materials.
- Train and mentor junior engineers on reliability principles and techniques.

Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical, Electrical, Or Chemical Engineering.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Reliability Engineering Role.
Knowledge And Experience With Reliability Engineering Tools And Methodologies, Such As Fmea, Rca, And Rcm.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Statistical Techniques For Identifying And Addressing Reliability Issues.
Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
