  1. Conduct research and analysis to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for BASF's products.
  2. Keep up-to-date with the latest regulatory developments and communicate any changes or updates to relevant stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of regulatory submissions.
  4. Maintain accurate and organized records of regulatory documentation and submissions.
  5. Provide guidance and support to colleagues regarding regulatory requirements and processes.
  6. Participate in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve regulatory compliance.
  7. Identify potential risks and issues related to regulatory compliance and propose solutions to mitigate them.
  8. Develop and maintain positive relationships with regulatory agencies and other external stakeholders.
  9. Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of current regulatory strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends and innovations in regulatory science to contribute to the growth and success of BASF.
  11. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  12. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge, ideas, and best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Discipline, Such As Chemistry, Biology, Or Pharmacology.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines For The Registration Of Chemical Products.

  • Experience In Conducting Scientific Research And Compiling Data For Regulatory Submissions.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail For Reviewing And Interpreting Complex Scientific Data.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills For Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams And External Regulatory Agencies.
