Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
  2. Develop and implement regulatory procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  3. Manage the development and implementation of regulatory strategies to ensure the company’s products comply with relevant regulations.
  4. Liaise with relevant authorities and stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  5. Monitor and analyze changes in relevant regulations and advise management accordingly.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external regulatory bodies.
  7. Prepare and submit applications, reports and other required documents to regulatory authorities.
  8. Prepare and present regulatory reports to management.
  9. Provide training and guidance on regulatory requirements to other departments.
  10. Maintain records of regulatory activities and ensure all relevant documents are up-to-date.
